Germany
Delivery time: Usually 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping via DHL: €5.95 (free shipping on orders over €150.00)
- Express delivery by 6:00 PM on the next business day: + €24.99
- Express delivery by 12:00 PM (noon) on the next business day: + €34.99
- Cash on delivery fee: + €7.95 (not available in combination with express shipping)
EU Countries
Delivery time: Usually 2–4 business days
- Standard shipping via DHL: €12.50 (free shipping on orders over €200.00)
- Cash on delivery fee (Austria): + €10.00
Switzerland
Delivery time: Usually 4–5 business days
- Standard shipping via DHL: €12.50 (net)
Non-EU Countries
Delivery time: Varies depending on the destination country.
- Shipping costs: from €22.50
Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, and VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.
Shipping Information
Orders paid by cash on delivery, invoice, credit card, or direct debit and confirmed before 4:00 PM (CET) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day.
For bank transfer or PayPal payments, orders are dispatched once payment has been received in our account.
Express orders must be placed by 3:00 PM (CET) to be processed and shipped on the same business day.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Saturday delivery is available only for private customers and for orders shipped using Saturday Express.
Important Notice
If a guaranteed delivery cannot be fulfilled on time due to force majeure (unavoidable circumstances), such as severe weather, flooding, traffic accidents, carrier sorting errors, or similar events, no refund of shipping costs can be claimed. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any resulting downtime, losses, or consequential damages.
