Indian human hair (SOCAP Hairextensions) is popular worldwide for its natural thickness, smoothness, and slight wave pattern. It usually comes from temple donations, is chemically untreated (Virgin Hair), and can be dyed and styled beautifully. Since Indian hair in its natural form is usually dark brown to black, it is well suited for straight or slightly wavy hairstyles. It looks very natural and falls lightly, making it ideal for a subtle, authentic hair extension.

Russian human hair (Luxury Line) is considered especially high-quality and exclusive, as it is fine, silky, and very soft. It often comes from rural regions of Russia, where women sell their untreated hair. The colors range from light blonde to medium brown, which makes it especially attractive for the European market. Russian hair has a natural straightness or very slight waves and is known for its durability and elegant finish.

Russian human hair is characterized by its exceptional softness, fineness, and at the same time high durability. It is especially popular because it feels very natural and closely resembles European natural hair in both structure and appearance. The hairs are nearly Double Drawn, which means they are almost evenly thick from top to tip—this makes the extensions look especially full and high-end. Thanks to the gentle processing, the hair structure remains intact, resulting in a long lifespan and a consistently well-groomed appearance. We offer around 70 different hair colors to suit every hair structure and every color preference—from natural blonde and brown shades to bold trend colors. Depending on the brand, application method, length, and structure, the color selection may vary.

1. In our shop, under "Color Selection" (at the very bottom of the shop), you will find a complete overview of all our Natural, Bi-Color, and Fantasy extensions. This is always kept up to date so that the colors match the strands we currently have in stock.

2. You can order a Colour Ring to determine the color of your natural hair perfectly. (Tip: Our starter sets each include a Colour Ring.) If you no longer need the ring afterward, we offer a 100-day return policy.

3. You are also welcome to send us a photo at any time. Simply take a picture of your hair worn open (preferably from the back of the head) in daylight and send it to us by email at: info@hairoyal.de.

4. You can also send us a strand of your natural hair or extensions by mail at any time. The address is:

We will then select a matching shade for you directly from our warehouse.

A truly precise recommendation for the amount of hair needed can ultimately only be given by your stylist, as they know your natural hair, hair structure, hair density, and desired look best. The amount of extensions always depends on your individual starting hair and the desired volume or length.

However, experience from our customers shows the following guidelines:

For Bonding or Microring extensions, an average of 120 to 150 strands is used to achieve a natural yet full result.
For Tape extensions, most customers choose 12 to 15 packs, depending on whether only thickening or a full extension is planned.
When working with wefts—that is, sewn human hair—usually 1 to 2 wefts are sufficient, although hair fullness and length are also decisive here.

No. You can always order in the shop or with us in person without a customer account.

If you would like to use the payment method purchase on account, please create a customer account.

We offer you many different payment methods: PayPal, cash on delivery (cash to the courier plus fee), prepayment (advance bank transfer), purchase on account, credit card, direct debit (only for business customers), and cash/EC payment (in our shop in Dresden).

Please first create a customer account for this, as this payment method cannot be used without one. Then place your order and, at checkout, select "purchase on account" under payment methods. Simply follow the next steps.

After your order has been shipped, you have 14 days to pay the invoice. Please use only the details you receive by email in your order confirmation.

Of course. If, for example, a hair color does not quite suit you yet, simply leave the packaging of the extensions unopened and we will be happy to exchange them for you.

As soon as a return has arrived with us, we will inspect it. After that, we will process your refund immediately; in most cases, this all happens on the same day.

Yes. We offer a warranty of 4 to 6 months from the date of purchase on our hair, provided it has been treated correctly.

For electronic devices, we offer a warranty period of 6 months after purchase.

Extensions can be worn by any woman and also by any man, regardless of age or hair type. Whether you want longer hair, more volume, or simply a hairstyle that changes your look—extensions allow your hair dreams to be realized flexibly and individually.

Would you like to fulfill your wish for fuller or longer hair? Then extensions are exactly right for you! With the right method and high-quality human hair strands, a natural look is created that blends perfectly into your own hair and highlights your personality.

We recommend a natural hair length of at least 10 cm so that the connection points of the extensions can be sufficiently concealed.

If you are already experiencing hair loss, we do not recommend extensions. The additional weight on the natural hair can increase shedding.

This also applies during pregnancy/breastfeeding, as hormonal changes can intensify hair loss.

If you are not willing to care for your extensions properly, we would also advise against them. Otherwise, the hair quickly loses its natural beauty and you will not enjoy it for long.

In principle, yes. With a good friend or someone who has an afternoon free and already has experience applying extensions, this can be done without any problem. Applying our gentle keratin bonds is easy to handle with a little practice, and by the 5th strand it usually already looks flawless.

If you are getting a hair extension for the first time, we recommend our comprehensive starter sets, with everything you need to get started right away.

Our tip: Always have extensions applied only by a professional or experienced friends. Improper application can lead to hair loss or root lift.

Extensions should be removed or renewed after 4 weeks to 8 months. As the hair grows out, the connection points become visible after this time.

Wearing time varies depending on the application method and the growth of your natural hair.

A hair thickening with approx. 75 extensions is already available from 102.75 EUR (net), and a hair extension with 125 extensions from 171.25 EUR (net). Prices vary depending on the extension hair used, application method, length, structure, and color of the hair.

No. With our hard-shell bonds, which are made from the hair’s own building block keratin, the natural hair is encased and not damaged, even with repeated application. Our special heating clamps ensure risk-free application.

Even when applied with tapes or wefts, the natural hair is not damaged in any way. Here too, the natural hair is gently encased at the connection point and not affected.

Then please contact us immediately! Within 4 - 6 months after purchase, we have the option to file a complaint about the hair with our manufacturers.

In general, you should always use extension care products, as these are perfectly matched to the applied hair.

1. Washing
Before washing, always brush the hair through thoroughly once. Wash your hair with special care and do not do it upside down to avoid putting unnecessary strain on the connection points. Do not use cheap shampoo—these contain alcohols, silicones, perfumes, and acids that can soften the keratin. They can also roughen the hair, making it look dull and lifeless, and may lead to tangling. We always recommend extension care products.

2. Drying
Gently squeeze the hair with a towel, do not rub. Sort the damp strands and carefully comb through them with an extension brush without pulling! If detangling is difficult, apply a detangling spray to the lengths. Always briefly blow-dry the connection points, even if you let your hair air-dry.

3. Brushing/Combing
Sort the strands once a day by running your fingers along the scalp between the connection points. Never comb or brush your hair when it is completely wet. Wavy and curly extensions should not be fully brushed out every day; using a wide-tooth comb is better. They should only be brushed carefully once before and after washing. Brush straight extensions in the morning and evening, holding the strands slightly at the roots and combing out the lengths. Also brush over the connection points. Always use an extension brush

It is best to always use very gentle care products. Care products that are specially matched to extensions are unbeatable here.

These products contain few or no alcohols or silicones that could damage the extension hair.

The basic essentials for wearing extensions include shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair oil or a lengths-and-ends treatment. An extension brush is also indispensable so that the connection points are not pulled during brushing.

You can use all products in our shop for your extensions without hesitation.

For Tape extensions, it is advisable to use gentler products so that the connection points do not loosen.

No. Thanks to the secure connection points, you can do everything as usual with hair extensions/thickening. Swimming, sauna, and sports are all possible without any problem. Please make sure to wash out any salt or chlorine residue thoroughly after diving. If you spend your vacation by the sea, your hair naturally needs extra care.

Yes. Since our extensions are made of 100% human hair, the strands can always be treated this way.

Tip: If you want to color them, test it on a single strand first. Since the second hair has already been pretreated to accept the selected color, there is a possibility that the coloring may turn out differently than expected.

Please note: After any treatment of the hair (color, structure, gloss, silver shampoo, etc.), we can no longer provide a warranty on the extensions.
